1. Website and Published Contact

This Legal Notice concerns https://hesteran.shop, the online store trading under the name hesteran.shop. The published email for website, customer-service, contractual, and legal enquiries is info@hesteran.shop.

All orders through our checkout include free standard delivery. Estimated arrival is 15–20 calendar days from ordering, including normal processing of 1–2 working days. These estimates are subject to the explanation and legal protections in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Eligible goods have a 30-day voluntary return period from receipt. Statutory cancellation rights and remedies for non-conforming goods operate independently. A sale discount, a packaging condition in a voluntary policy, or a general legal notice does not remove those mandatory protections.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Our refund-initiation target is 7 calendar days after the relevant refund conditions are met, without extending statutory deadlines. The payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

You do not have to complete an informal complaint process before exercising an independent legal right where the law does not require that step.

14. Updates and Interpretation

This Legal Notice may be updated to reflect changes in website arrangements or applicable law. The effective date identifies this version. A future update does not retrospectively reduce protections or benefits forming part of an earlier accepted purchase.
